    To avoid processing delays, make sure you include on your payment:
    • Your name - clearly written
    • The name of the person you are paying support to
    • The court case number or child support case number.
    • The county name where the order was issued. Contact us if you do not know your court case number, child support case number or the county where the court order was issued.
    • If payment is for more than one case, attach a clear and understandable breakdown of the payments intended for each case. Ensure the breakdown balances.
  • Debit card information
    Florida Debit MasterCards® are good for three years. New cards are mailed approximately 30 days before the "Good Thru" date on the front of your card.

    Cards cannot be forwarded. If your mailing address has changed since your card was issued, contact us to update your address information, or update your case information online with Child Support eServices

    Some ways to use your card and avoid fees:
    • Ask for "cash-back" with your purchases
    • Use ATM's that do not include an additional charge over the $0.95 withdrawal fee
    • Use the www.EPPICard.com website to get account information
    Some ways to use your card that have fees:

    In addition to the $0.95 withdrawal fee, some ATMs apply an extra fee. Read ATM messages carefully. You may cancel the transaction to avoid the fee.

  • Ways to get information about your payments
    You can get payment information by using the following options:
    If you are the parent owed support, see below for more ways to get information about payments sent to you:
    • Florida Debit MasterCard® – if you receive payments on the Florida Debit MasterCard®, visit www.eppicard.com to see payments applied to your card.
    • Direct Deposit – if your payments are deposited directly to your checking or saving account, get deposit information from your bank.

  • Get payments by direct deposit or debit card
    Florida law requires us to send support payments electronically. You can choose to receive your child support payments by a Florida Debit MasterCard® or by direct deposit into your checking or savings account:
    • The Florida Debit MasterCard® is a debit card you can use to make purchases or cash withdrawals. See the debit card information section below for more information about using the card and fees.
    • Direct Deposit will automatically put support payments into your checking or savings account. A Social Security number is required for direct deposit.

    Choose Direct Deposit or Debit Card

    • Print the Child Support Payment Options form: (English) (Spanish)
    • Fill in the form, sign and date it
    • Mail it to the address listed on the form
    If you do not make a choice, we will send you a debit card. We no longer send paper checks.

    Usually support payments will be put on your debit card or direct deposited in your checking or savings account two days after applying the payment to your case.
