  • Get payments by direct deposit or debit card
Florida law requires us to send support payments electronically. You can choose to receive your child support payments by a Florida Debit MasterCard® or by direct deposit into your checking or savings account:
    • The Florida Debit MasterCard® is a debit card you can use to make purchases or cash withdrawals. See the debit card information section below for more information about using the card and fees.
    • Direct Deposit will automatically put support payments into your checking or savings account. A Social Security number is required for direct deposit.

Choose Direct Deposit or Debit Card

    • Print the Child Support Payment Options form: (English) (Spanish)
    • Fill in the form, sign and date it
    • Mail it to the address listed on the form
If you do not make a choice, we will send you a debit card. We no longer send paper checks.

Usually support payments will be put on your debit card or direct deposited in your checking or savings account two days after applying the payment to your case.
