You must be aware about the ways to deal with an unsatisfied customer.There are some effective ways to deal with an unsatisfied customer are:

  •  Apologize for the mistake.
  • Address the customer right away publicly.
  • Offer a precise solution.
  • Offer a re-do or a replacement, along with additional benefits, when possible.
  • A simple apology and some effort to make up for a mistake or misunderstanding could go a very long way, and could even develop some good will between clients and your company.
