Duties:
* Managing the business unit in accordance with stated vision of the company as well as in accordance with the stated objectives and practices
* Managing and overseeing functions of the forex dealing desk
* Meeting bank officials and liaising with them, enhancing relationships for continued business
* Increasing profitability of the business unit by increasing revenue, clients, and quality of the products and services offered to the clients on an ongoing basis
* Bringing about qualitative changes in functioning of the whole business unit
* Increasing business penetration with the existing clients while being on constant pursuit for new clients
* To set revenue targets for the business unit on a time-given basis taking into consideration various factors and parameters
* Keeping an eye on macroeconomic developments and their business implications
